Ghostek LLC and its affiliates (“Ghostek”) warrants our products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (the “Warranty Period”). If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any Ghostek product, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Ghostek will (1) repair the Ghostek product using new or refurbished parts or (2) replace the Ghostek product with a new or refurbished Ghostek product. For purposes of this limited warranty, “refurbished” means a product or part that has been substantially returned to its original specifications. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies. Ghostek reserves the right to charge a small shipping and handling fee in connection with the fulfillment of any valid claim.
