I'm normally too lazy to write product reviews but boy do I love these earbuds. I've been hoping for APTx HD earbuds for a while.1) If you're familiar w/BT compression and care about sound quality then APTx HD is as good as bluetooth gets.2) These earbuds sound fantastic and the build quaility is great3) I was on fence about the proprietary charger but have now grown to love how easy it is to simply attach magnetically. No more fumbling around trying to open a tiny micro USB hatch to charge.4) I like having 2 pairs so one is always charged so bought another pair which means I have 2 chargers too now. Perfect.5) Fit is incredibly important to sound quality, especially bass, so I continue to use my w/Comply memory foam tips. Much better noise isolationThis is my first Soundpeats product. Great job!

My BeatsX, which had never really worked well, just would not stay powered on anymore, so I started looking for a replacement and found these. It wasn’t easy. There are so many fake reviews by AmazonCustomer and the like, all on the same day... I won’t buy from someone who is trying to trick me! I started busy looking at wireless sets. They looked good at the start, but I started to notice a trend of reduced sound quality and battery life. Looking st wired sets, I started to see reviews showing better sound, but battery life still seemed marginal, always based on a low volume setting (rarely stated clearly) and then... these. So far, after a few weeks of bike rides of 5-6 hours, I’ve found:- sound quality is excellent, with treble clear and defined and bass surprisingly punchy. I even found some aspects to a song that I’d never noticed before. Much better than the BeatsX.- Connection and pairing are a breeze and i’ve Never yet lost a connection to my phone or watch. Switching Pairing with multiple devices works well, and the nice little voice lets you know status well. BeatsX never could decide what device it was pairing to and lost connections often.- I’ve yet to run low on battery. It outlasted my phone and my watch. Unlike BeatsX, power drain in standby is minimal as far as I can tell.- The magnetic charging cable works well and avoids a port where water can get in like BeatsX.So far, I just love them. We’ll just have to see how long they last or if performance of the battery slips with time, but so far, after daily use, it’s doing great!

I'm very impressed with these headphones. They are comfortable and well made. Although, like many earbuds, there are a variety of different size tips to fit varying ear holes, these have an extra little wing that fit inside the curly part of your ear and greatly assist them to stay in place. I find that many of the individual buds eventually work their way out of my ear canal but these stay put when I am walking and even eating. The act of chewing often causes ear buds to come lose and fall out onto the floor. The sound is at least as good as any other headphone I have used and, although I'm not an audiophile, considering the cost, I have no problem rating the sound quality as excellent. Pairing is very quick and responsive. Once I turn the power on I immediately hear that it has successfully connected to my phone. The battery seems to hold its charge well: Yesterday, after an hour lunch break spent listening to podcasts, I checked the power and it was still on 100%!I'm not sure what else to say other than I would definitely recommend these, especially considering the price.

These are great earbuds! I've owned other Soundpeats earbuds and have never been disappointed with the quality. I lose my earbuds frequently, so never want to spend a lot on a replacement. It is difficult, however, finding good quality sound without breaking the bank. These Engine earbuds offer excellent sound that is rich and full - not tinny or distant-sounding. I love the design of these earbuds also in that it offers a curved, but pliable neck band that helps prevent loss for me. Design of the earbuds also makes it easier for me to immediately identify which is the "left" v. "right" earbud. I tested mic feature with a phone call yesterday and sound was good and blocked out much of the environmental sound for the other caller. Highly recommend these!

So off the bat, I have to say I wasn't to keen on the design of the longer wire. seemed to look like a medallion when I took it off and let it hang from my neck.Sound quality is impressive. Decent bass and treble balance. For some reason, when Siri is called by holding down the play button on the headset, the sound quality tends to diminish temporarily until a few seconds after Siri is closed.Noise cancellation could be a bit better - so far it does a good job in muffling the background noiseVolume control is kind of all over the place but it's not so off that it affects user experience. By 'all over the place' I mean pressing the button to increase it once seems to raise the volume on the Mac by around 1.2 little rectangles, where one press of the volume up button on the keyboard would increase the volume by 1 rectangle. This is a nitpicky detail and for that reason, I can't even take a star off for volume control. It does what it's supposed to do!Overall, I'd say that this is a good buy for the level of quality at this price.

These headphones provide great sound, fantastic battery life, and the weighted cable ensures that the headphones remain securely seated around my neck when working out.I love the fit of the headphones in my ear. The wings fit securely in the curve of my ear without becoming uncomfortable after long periods of time. The sound is crisp and the tips fit well, canceling out most sound. As for battery life, I have never run out of battery. Eleven hours is a fantastically long time, great if you want to take a backpacking trip or are traveling long distances without access to power. The only negative to these headphones is that they are pretty large compared to many other headphones but I have never had a real problem with this.

I was very surprised at the battery life of these headphones! Since I received it this morning, I've been using it for roughly 4 hours and it's still saying 40% battery when it's connected to my phone! The bass is very prominent and surprisingly solid on such an affordable pricepoint! I definitely recommend this over any brand name earbuds.
